The Department of Extension Work was organized in 1910 and became the Extension Division in 1916. In 1965 the name was changed to the Division of Continuing Education. This collection contains memoranda, reports and budgets primarily related to revision of General Education requirements and the implementation of the College Level Examination Program (CLEP).
